Hayden Homes is a major funding source, and the builder, for the Hayden Giving Fund. For the first several years, Hayden Homes was the primary funding source and its employees volunteered their time to operate the fund.
The Hayden Giving Fund is a Public Non-Profit that has a mission to provide affordable housing in the communities Hayden Homes builds. In the competitive home building market, most builders and community members understand the increasing need for low-income housing. Hayden Homes started the Hayden Giving Fund to address this need.
The Charitable Fee is a financial vehicle which gives Hayden Homes the opportunity to expand and leverage their relationships with home buyers to help meet our country's problem with homelessness. To learn more about this program click here.
